PCS'ing
Information
Prior to PCSing, please notify Argonner's Main Office at least 2 WEEKS in advance to provide staff sufficient time to prepare student records and for you to make an appointment to clear the student and pick-up records. Please do not wait until the last minute.
Checklist
for Student Transfer
Reminder! May 19 is the date that DoDDS has set to ensure students are
in attendance at school. Only if you are PCSing does DoDDS recognize that
students can be officially passed on to the next grade after the 15th
of May. Some stateside schools (this is regulated by the state
that you will reside) have a policy that students must attend a certain
number of school days in order to be passed to the next grade level. Make
every effort to delay your PCS until after the 15th of May.
